Communication & Employee Engagement

We believe every voice matters and encourage feedback and ideas from all team members to improve interdepartmental communication and organizational alignment. Our DEI committee – The Martti Culture Council – spearheads important initiatives that provide valuable resources, foster open and honest dialogue, and improve       employee engagement.

Education & Training

We provide the tools, training, and resources necessary to move beyond awareness into action, and implement habit changing tools needed to cultivate an inclusive workplace. All leaders are required to complete inclusion training to build smarter teams that are more creative, cohesive, and collaborative. We strive to create a culture where people believe the best in each other, want the best for each other, and expect the best from each other.

People-Centered Technology 

Our commitment to mitigating disparities in care means we focus on people before technology. We’re passionate about reducing physician burnout, limiting care team exposure and minimizing the use of PPE, expanding integrations, increasing language offerings, and creating scalable solutions that easily integrate with existing technology. It is through these avenues that we are working diligently to reduce barriers and promote health equity for marginalized communities. We view healthcare as a human right and our entire organization is dedicated to ensuring our products, services, and solutions are designed to improve the lives of those we serve.
